About the Role
DK Technology is seeking a Digital Workspace Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support core digital tools and enhance the employee experience. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in technology, gain exposure to global teams, and understand how digital systems support publishing.
Responsibilities
- Support key workplace platforms
- Assist with digital projects
- Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes
- Troubleshoot user queries
- Support system updates and user adoption
- Support content management and publishing automation tools
- Resolve issues with internal teams and suppliers
- Maintain system updates
- Improve platform operations
- Ensure technology is used effectively across the business
- Ensure users feel supported
- Ensure key processes run smoothly
- Create guides and training materials for tool adoption and best practices
Requirements
- Experience using a project management tool such as Asana
- A technology-based qualification, a tech-related degree, or experience in tech support / IT support
- A basic understanding of workflows and digital processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn
