About the Role

As a future or recent graduate, you are eager to join Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to jumpstart your hospitality career through the INSPIRE program. This 18-month program offers valuable leadership experience and operational insight within a luxury property.

Responsibilities

• Become a Supervisor (or equivalent) in areas such as Front Office, Guest Services, or Housekeeping.
• Participate in a customized INSPIRE Program Outline, which may include cross-exposure between teams or specialization within a division.
• Explore multiple teams to understand hospitality fundamentals and property operations.
• Undertake a Property Project to showcase skillset and innovative attributes.
• Engage in ongoing feedback and checkpoints with the leadership team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year cumulative experience in hospitality (hotel environment preferred) or a customer-service orientated environment.
• Desire to advance your hospitality career with strong ability, engagement, and motivation.
• Agile and works well in fast-paced environments, willing to learn and commit to a role.
• Legal working eligibility in the country of application; sponsorship is not provided.
