About the Role

Lucid Software is seeking an impact-oriented Sr. Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex data and human collaboration. You will join a high-caliber squad of designers and engineers building tailored, persona-based solutions and the scalable infrastructure that powers them, including intelligent features that leverage AI. This role requires a strategic partner who thrives on technical complexity and maintains a relentless obsession with elegant user experiences, acting as a natural mentor who excels at distilling ambiguity into a clear vision.

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to champion the user and deliver high-impact features.
Deepen customer insight through qualitative and quantitative research to become the primary advocate for user needs and motivations.
Own the product lifecycle, leading features from ideation and specification through launch, analysis, and iteration.
Prioritize roadmaps and communicate strategic trade-offs to stakeholders to meet core business goals.
Define and move key business metrics (KPIs) through disciplined product optimization and data analysis.
Collaborate with Designers on world-class UX and Engineers on complex technical trade-offs.
Foster a culture of collective success with Engineering and UX counterparts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of software Product Management experience.
Proven track record of driving core business metrics in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong skills in de-risking initiatives using creative, lean methodologies to validate hypotheses and ideas quickly.
Ability to act as a 'translator' across the organization, communicating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Skilled in navigating complex technical trade-offs and partnering with UX to create simple, intuitive experiences.
Experience building high-trust, productive relationships with Engineering and UX counterparts.
Proactive approach to seeking feedback, learning quickly, and iterating based on data and team insights.
