About the Role
As a Route Driver, you are the friendly face our customers rely on, delivering premium water bottles and providing top-tier customer service. You will also occasionally transport equipment and parts, keep track of delivery documentation, and be the go-to person for customer questions. This role involves being active on the road, with potential assistance in the warehouse or plant as needed. Occasional travel outside of regular business hours may be required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water
- Occasionally transport equipment and parts
- Provide top-tier customer service at every stop
- Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
- Act as the primary contact for customer questions and needs
- Assist in the warehouse and/or plant as needed
- Occasional travel outside of regular business hours
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of delivery driving experience
- A valid CDL Class A license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Friendly, helpful, and dependable demeanor
- Good organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. throughout the day
- Commitment to great customer service and team culture
