About the Role

Independence Title is seeking an Escrow Accounting Representative (Wire Team) to manage outgoing wire fund transfers and perform various escrow accounting duties. This role involves working with multiple platforms, account reconciliation, and supporting escrow teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outgoing wire fund transfers for Escrow branches and maintain communication with Escrow teams.
• Perform various escrow accounting duties, working with multiple escrow accounting and banking platforms.
• Perform account reconciling.
• Provide support for the escrow teams overall.
• Perform backup coverage of Receptionist responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, and processing deliveries and mail.

Requirements

• Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Must have good working knowledge of numbers.
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and in very tight timeframes.
• Must be a team player and supportive of other team members.
• Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in escrow accounting/banking industry.
• Microsoft Suite proficient.
• Must be available to work 8am – 5pm shift, Monday through Friday.
