About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the team, heading up accounts and projects. You will define requirements, align expectations, and direct all elements of a project's lifecycle, from initial brief to final installation. There is an opportunity to build and lead an Accounts Hub, managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the vital conduit between our company and clients, fostering relationships and engaging in meetings to understand new project briefs and unearth potential opportunities.
  • Assume responsibility for overseeing key clients and their project portfolio.
  • Proactively drive work briefs from clients and develop commercial opportunities.
  • Bring Visual Merchandising and Creative direction to all project works.
  • Manage expectations of clients, maintaining CPAs and managing workloads to ensure priorities are kept on top of, and deadlines are met.
  • Quote projects and maintain budgets during project development.
  • Interpret briefs into works orders for quoting on our internal MIS system.
  • Co-ordinate spreadsheets for campaign roll outs, including managing data breakdowns and analysing data for client quoting.
  • Prepare installation briefs for bespoke jobs.
  • Steer and shape conceptual design and development, extending to the design and production of every possible element within a retail environment.
  • Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring creative direction aligns with client brief and brand values.
  • Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions with design teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure all accounts are kept up to date and invoiced accurately on time.
  • Develop new business.
  • Lead a hub, responsible for multiple project streams across a variety of brands and clients.
  • Oversee and drive the day-to-day activities within your hub.
  • Support the development of individuals within your team.
  • Drive best practice project management and account handling within your hub.
  • Align with other hub leaders and the wider management team on project deliveries and best practice benchmarks.
  • Report to directors on work stream statuses, challenges, successes and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, ensuring positive and constructive contributions.
  • Work on additional bespoke projects outside of daily duties to broaden skills and ambitions.
  • Follow Echo’s sustainability policies and procedures.
