About the Role

Neara is seeking a Customer Value Architect to work closely with high-value customers, driving platform adoption, value definition, and validation. This role requires technical curiosity, customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate Neara solutions into quantifiable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong understanding and proficiency with the Neara software platform to translate its functionality and value to customers.
  • Work directly and closely with customers, including on-site, to drive and embed platform use.
  • Ensure Neara solutions are delivered as contractually scoped and achieve identified business outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer strategic imperatives and business goals to provide guidance on Neara solution enablement.
  • Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to customers, ensuring full embedding of Neara solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use and adoption of the Neara platform.
  • Engage a broad stakeholder audience within customers to build trusted relationships.
  • Collaborate with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to drive customer happiness, platform adoption, and growth.
  • Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops aligned with customer goals.
  • Identify emerging client needs and strategic opportunities to inform customer account strategies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally within a large consulting organization.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
  • Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that map to client strategic and business priorities.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities; ability to translate customer outcomes to technical solutions.
  • Strong external stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions.
  • Experience within infrastructure, and specifically the energy sector, is a plus but not essential.
  • An engineering degree is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work on-site in Houston and/or Dallas during the week.
  • Regular in-person collaboration with customers.
  • Current and unrestricted working rights.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
