About the Role
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to a fast-growing, high-impact company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding execution for approximately 20 DC Ops hires per month, coordinating across departments from offer acceptance through the first 30 days.
- Manage visa and immigration sponsorship for DC Ops hires and current employees, including tracking petitions, renewals, and deadlines.
- Coordinate relocations for approximately 20 DC Ops hires per month across various locations, managing vendors and timelines.
- Oversee the performance management cycle for DC Ops, including calibration preparation, logistics, and system management.
- Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework for DC Ops roles to ensure consistency as new roles are added.
Requirements
- Experience owning an onboarding or immigration process end-to-end at volume, with a proven track record of preventing dropped balls.
- Experience navigating visa or immigration cases, or a similarly deadline-driven administrative process.
- Experience coordinating large-scale relocation or logistics efforts with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or running a performance management cycle, understanding common process breakdowns.
- Experience working with or building leveling frameworks and understanding job architecture importance.
- Reliable and organized with a demonstrated ability to manage processes without dropping details.
- Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Experience with multi-country or multi-entity employment administration is a plus.
- Background supporting a technical, industrial, or field-based workforce (e.g., data centers, construction, manufacturing) is a plus.
