About the Role

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, delivering massive amounts of compute faster than anyone else. We are seeking a security professional to build and run the entire security program from scratch, defending the most valuable and targeted artifacts in technology: AI model weights.

Responsibilities

  • Track nation-state and advanced criminal actors targeting frontier AI infrastructure.
  • Build and run pipelines to collect, enrich, and correlate indicators for operational use.
  • Drive intelligence-led hunts across various telemetry sources.
  • Perform hands-on analysis of malware, phishing infrastructure, and attacker tooling.
  • Curate the inbound intelligence pipeline from various sources and prioritize relevant information.
  • Build and maintain external intelligence-sharing relationships.

Requirements

  • Tracked specific nation-state or advanced criminal actors as a core job function.
  • Proficient in production-quality Python (or similar) for automation and data pipelines.
  • Experience with hands-on malware, infrastructure, and log analysis.
  • Authored quality detection logic (YARA, Sigma, or SIEM-native queries) that shipped to production.
  • Collaborated with detection engineers and incident responders.
  • Ability to write intelligence that gets acted upon, distilling complex campaigns into actionable steps.
  • Active network in the threat intelligence community (bonus).
  • Experience defending large-scale GPU or AI compute infrastructure, data centers, or multi-tenant cloud environments (bonus).
  • Experience applying LLMs or agentic tooling to accelerate collection, enrichment, and analysis (bonus).
  • Public research, conference talks, or open-source contributions in the CTI space (bonus).
