About the Role
This paid internship focuses on automating operational processes rather than managing them. Interns will report directly to a founding team member and take ownership of business functions from day one, fixing issues and eliminating manual tasks. The role is a 3-6 month internship with a potential for full-time conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier to replace manual operational steps
- Write Python scripts to support internal tooling and data processing needs
- Own customer experience end-to-end, including onboarding, scheduling, results delivery, and retention flows
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships across Europe (lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, supplement manufacturers)
- Build and maintain internal ops infrastructure using Notion, Linear, and Airtable
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively propose and ship solutions
- Communicate directly with German-speaking clinics, partners, and customers
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency and fluent English
- Ability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany, Monday–Friday
- Eligible to work in Germany (visa sponsorship is not available)
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
- Pursuing or recently graduated from a rigorous program (engineering, CS, business, or life sciences)
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and Python scripting
- Experience building internal tooling with Notion, Linear, and/or Airtable
- Experience coordinating cross-functional or multi-partner workflows
- Owner mindset: fast execution, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action
- Genuine enthusiasm for preventive health and longevity
- Prior exposure to healthtech, diagnostics, or a B2C membership/subscription model (nice to have)
- Experience in a fast-moving early-stage startup environment (nice to have)
