About the Role
Strider Technologies is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in the UK and Europe. This critical role involves building brand awareness, generating demand, and executing localized marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive UK and Europe-specific initiatives to elevate brand recognition and credibility.
- Own the UK and European marketing campaign calendar in alignment with global priorities.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs tailored to the UK and European audience.
- Strategically localize U.S.-based content to fit UK and European market norms and sensitivities.
- Adapt campaign assets and messaging for local resonance.
- Identify content gaps and partner with the global creative services team to develop regionally nuanced materials.
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Communications to execute regionally relevant PR opportunities.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to localize campaigns and ensure European programs are well integrated.
- Collaborate with the global digital marketing team to support ABM and retargeting campaigns.
- Develop nurture sequences and materials to engage buyers throughout the funnel.
- Collaborate with the global event team to execute regionally relevant webinars and virtual events.
- Identify and evaluate potential sponsorships or third-party event participation.
- Maintain tight alignment with the UK-based sales team to ensure marketing drives pipeline outcomes.
- Leverage Salesforce to measure performance, analyze pipeline movement, and optimize campaign impact.
- Provide ongoing updates and insights to the Director of Integrated Marketing on campaign progress, performance, and areas of opportunity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, with direct responsibility for regional execution in the UK or Europe.
- Deep knowledge of the UK and European buyer landscape, content expectations, and channel preferences.
- Ability to localize content for a UK and European audience.
- Proven experience launching integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Highly autonomous and proactively identifies opportunities, taking initiative without waiting for direction and brings forward new ideas.
- Deep alignment with Strider’s mission to deliver strategic intelligence, enabling organizations to protect innovation and mitigate state-sponsored risk.
- Strong intellectual curiosity about global affairs and a genuine interest in current geopolitics and how those dynamics affect enterprise risk.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiar with Salesforce (required) and HubSpot or equivalent Marketing Automation Platform (preferred).
- Comfortable working across time zones, with excellent asynchronous communication habits.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Some travel will be required.
