About the Role
As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are a valued member of our team by providing excellent customer service and using your appliance repair expertise. You can be a superhero by getting a customer's broken appliance working again.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app
- Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn the use of our mobile app
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing

- Mr. Appliance operates Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No weekends or evenings.
