About the Role

Support CEO, executive, client, and sales communications by transforming complex content into clear, high-quality PowerPoint presentations. This hands-on role focuses on speed, clarity, and execution, working directly with senior stakeholders to enhance business communication.

Responsibilities

• Turn rough inputs into polished executive-ready presentations
• Structure complex content into clear, logical flows with strong hierarchy and messaging
• Simplify complex topics into clean, digestible visuals
• Improve clarity and flow without changing core intent
• Ensure consistency across presentations
• Build and maintain templates and reusable slide components
• Support high-priority deliverables including board materials, client presentations, product launches, and sales narratives
• Operate at speed across multiple workstreams with tight timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of presentation design and PowerPoint-heavy production experience
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to structure content clearly
• Experience working with complex, data-heavy or B2B content
• High attention to detail and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize, simplify, and execute quickly
