About the Role
Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their modern, full-service practice in Toronto's Financial District. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, professional environment, working with a diverse urban patient base and a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
- Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
Requirements
- Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required
- Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required
- Valid CPR certification is required
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
