About the Role
The New Business Intake Analyst will interact extensively with submitting lawyers and legal practice assistants on new business intake requests. This role requires knowledge of the firm’s new business intake policies and processes, and the ability to read conflict reports.
Responsibilities
- Review and proof New Business Intake (NBI) forms.
- Review conflict reports and determine if additional approvals are required.
- Open, update, and close matters in InTapp Conflicts database.
- Run reports from InTapp database and NBI workflow system.
- Interact with the Finance department regarding billing information.
- Create conflict alert notices.
- Assist with other duties and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three years of data entry or administrative assistance experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient at reviewing and analyzing information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capable of handling many tasks simultaneously and working under pressure.
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
- Highly responsive.
- Availability from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Eastern.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Occasional travel may be required.
