About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive supports the day-to-day execution of integrated digital programs across social media, influencer marketing, content development, and paid digital. This role helps translate approved strategies into high-quality content, coordinated campaigns, and measurable client results. It is ideal for a digitally fluent, highly organized marketer who combines strong writing and content skills with attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of integrated digital strategies across social media, content, influencer, and paid channels.
  • Conduct platform, audience, cultural, and competitive research to inform recommendations and campaign planning.
  • Contribute ideas for content themes, social activations, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Stay current on platform updates, emerging formats, digital trends, and creator activity, sharing relevant opportunities with account teams.
  • Execute day-to-day social media programs, including content-calendar development, copywriting, publishing, community management, and approval coordination.
  • Create and coordinate social content across formats, including static posts, stories, short-form video, reels, and platform-specific adaptations.
  • Support influencer programs through research, vetting, outreach, briefing, content review, correspondence, and deliverable tracking.
  • Coordinate assets, timelines, and reporting inputs for paid digital initiatives in partnership with internal teams or external partners.
  • Monitor channel and campaign performance, maintain trackers, and assist in translating data into clear insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Support day-to-day client communications and serve as a reliable contact for assigned workstreams.
  • Prepare client-facing materials including agendas, recaps, presentations, content calendars, timelines, reports, and performance summaries.
  • Proactively flag deadlines, outstanding approvals, potential risks, and emerging opportunities to account leads.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines, digital budgets, asset libraries, and program documentation.
  • Ensure assigned deliverables are accurate, polished, and completed on time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, creative, influencer, paid media, and account teams to support integrated execution.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with managers and teammates regarding priorities, status, and support needed.
  • Share relevant digital trends, platform developments, and examples of best-in-class work with the broader agency team.
  • Support new business initiatives through research, digital audits, competitive analysis, ideation, and presentation development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable team culture rooted in excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, content development, or an integrated agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and their respective content formats, communities, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, engaging social copy.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using digital and social tools such as Sprout Social, Tagger, Canva, and native platform publishing and analytics tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Comfort reviewing performance data and identifying basic insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
