About the Role

As a working student in the Recruiting / Talent Acquisition team, you will support us in attracting the best talents for our diverse media brands. Together, we shape modern recruiting processes, rely on direct outreach, and develop creative ways to inspire suitable candidates for our teams.

Responsibilities

• Support our recruiting team in the search for new talents for various business areas.
• Create job advertisements, review applications, and assist in daily recruiting tasks.
• Prepare projects/potential candidates for active sourcing.
• Implement employer branding measures in the recruiting process to strengthen our employer brand.
• Work on your own projects and contribute new ideas.
• Maintain and create training materials for our hiring teams.

Requirements

• You are enrolled and ideally have initial practical experience in recruiting or HR.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and enthusiasm in dealing with people.
• You work in a structured manner and prioritize tasks independently.
• You are open to new technologies and have a good understanding of AI applications.
• You have very good German and English language skills.
