About the Role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Austin, TX, and surrounding areas. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities, focusing on neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.

Requirements

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
