About the Role

Be a Freedom Mobile Brand Ambassador, provide outstanding customer service, ensure an engaging and exciting workplace, and drive continuous sales results. Supervise retail operations, meet personal targets, and lead by example in ensuring adherence to standard operating policies.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per Operating Policies, maintaining keys and ensuring assets are safeguarded.
• Communicate sales performance results and provide action plans to drive sales.
• Assist in providing on-the-job training for new hires and continued development of team members.
• Supervise retail operations in assistance with the Store Manager.
• Meet personal targets while driving peers to achieve store goals.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including Inventory Management, Banking, and Merchandising.
• Sell merchandise and process payments, ensuring accurate cash management.
• Regularly update team members on sales progress and initiatives.
• Lead by example in ensuring all standard operating policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive Retail Sales experience.
• Previous experience in the wireless industry is an asset.
• A positive demeanor and a commitment to improvement that leads to outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
