About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on OCM Analyst with strong Business Analyst skills to join our transformation consulting team. This role involves organizational change management and business analysis, supporting clients in IT transformation, strategic planning, operating model design, process improvement, and enterprise change initiatives. You will work with senior consultants and client leadership to implement new ways of working, taking ownership of workstreams and producing polished deliverables with light direction.
Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, process, and operational requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
- Design and document current-state and future-state processes, governance models, operating procedures, RACIs, process flows, playbooks, templates, and reporting frameworks.
- Support process improvement and organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication planning, adoption measurement, and readiness activities.
- Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables, communications, presentations, training materials, job aids, and enablement content.
- Partner closely with client stakeholders and project leadership to facilitate workshops, working sessions, decision-making forums, and feedback loops.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, action items, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and maintain project governance artifacts, including action logs, decision registers, communication plans, stakeholder records, adoption metrics, and status reporting.
- Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities, best practices, and innovative ways of working, sharing knowledge and contributing to team methodologies.
Requirements

- Solid business analysis fundamentals: requirements gathering, process mapping, and clear written documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication; produces clean, well-structured documents and presentations with minimal rework.
