About the Role

As an ATLAS Business Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to deliver data and technology transformation projects for leading Private Equity and Private Markets firms. You'll analyze business requirements, design practical solutions, and help clients optimize operations through better data and technology utilization. This role offers the chance to build a consulting career with exposure to complex projects and leading technology.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, process maps, and functional specifications.
Support the successful delivery of multiple client projects.
Partner with consultants and technical teams to implement data and technology solutions.
Manage project documentation, risks, actions, and testing activities.
Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
Support and mentor junior analysts while contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Experience in Business Analysis or a similar role within Financial Services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
A curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning.
