About the Role
NG Bailey Facilities Services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for the iconic 1 Broadgate Building. The role involves electrical and mechanical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation to ensure a high standard of building services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance, taking corrective action, and escalating to the Contracts Manager.
- Perform PPM relating to Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Plant and Systems in-line with agreed programmes/SLAs.
- Maintain all low voltage electrical distribution and connection power/lighting systems and undertake routine PPM as assigned.
- Ensure Technicians' PPM work is completed within agreed timelines/SLAs and reactive work is completed within acceptable timescales.
- Check completed work and documentation by Technicians, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Cost and complete reactive works identified through PPM when requested.
- Provide service support as part of a team.
- Develop excellent working relationships with the client and their staff through good customer service.
- Assist with supervision of sub-contractor works, ensuring compliance with H&S standards.
- Complete all required documentation, job sheets, and certificates.
Requirements
- Experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with a background in building services maintenance.
- Ability to deliver exemplary customer service.
- City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 / AM1 / AM2 (or equivalent qualifications) Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- LVAP Certified.
