About the Role

Provide safe transportation and support for clients and families within the foster care system for medical, educational, clinical, and visitation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients and families to appointments.
• Collect provider notes and make necessary copies.
• Provide appropriate supervision to youth based on age and identified treatment needs.
• Complete all required agency trainings.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children who have behavioral and/or mental health issues preferred.
• Valid and clean New York State driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
