About the Role
Quest is seeking an experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Consultant to support expansion across AI, Data & Cyber Security business units in Austin. This role is hybrid, onsite-remote, and will support the Regional Recruitment Business Partner for AMER.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic, consultative partner to regional business leaders.
- Advise on market trends using data.
- Utilize data to inform hiring and sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from initial role qualification to offer negotiation.
- Provide direct sourcing and market mapping of key competitors.
- Partner with HR & Comp to ensure role alignment.
- Work with advanced AI-recruiting tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience in an Enterprise Tech company.
- Proven ability to hire candidates in GTM, AI, Data, or Cyber roles.
- Detailed understanding of the candidate journey and how to enhance candidate experience.
