About the Role

Assist customers with vehicle returns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role is key to the rental return process, focusing on accurate check-ins and vehicle readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they return their rental vehicles.
• Greet customers.
• Secure keys.
• Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Check cars into the computer system.
• Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.
