About the Role
Triunity Software is seeking a talented Java Developer to join our team in Toronto. This role focuses on building innovative software solutions within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical planning
- Stay current with emerging Java frameworks, tools, and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and web services development
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
