About the Role
As a Creative Artworker, you will produce accurate, on-brand artwork for print and digital channels, including brand campaigns, always-on content, event collateral, and social media assets. You will interpret briefs, produce high-quality finished artwork, and adapt assets across various formats, markets, and languages, ensuring compliance with financial services regulations.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, on-brand finished artwork across print and digital formats, brand campaigns, always-on content, event collateral, email, and long-form communications, interpreting briefs confidently and delivering to tight timelines.
- Manage the full artwork lifecycle: brief interpretation, amends, quality checking, final delivery, and file archiving within shared asset systems.
- Prepare and check files for print and digital production, applying correct specifications, pre-press standards, and platform requirements throughout.
- Adapt and resize assets across formats, sizes, and language variants across seven markets, maintaining visual consistency within brand guardrails.
- Apply compliance requirements, disclaimers, substantiation standards, and sign-off checkpoints, as standard practice in a regulated financial services environment.
- Protect brand identity standards across every format, channel, and market, identifying inconsistencies before output reaches stakeholders.
- Support development and maintenance of reusable asset libraries and scalable templates to reduce duplication and improve studio efficiency.
- Make considered production decisions on layout, typography, and imagery within brand guidelines, without requiring direction on every asset.
- Create and adapt digital assets, social media templates, web-ready files, and platform-specific formats, optimised to technical specifications.
- Support the Motion Graphic Designer on short-form asset adaptation and variant production, applying basic motion knowledge where needed.
- Communicate clearly with the OLIVER team, agency colleagues, and client stakeholders on project status, timelines, and capacity.
- Manage multiple live projects simultaneously, contribute positively to studio culture, and complete timesheets accurately and on time.
- Integrate AI tools into artwork and production workflows, building effective prompts, critically evaluating outputs, and applying human craft judgement before use.
- Use AI-assisted workflows for asset adaptation, resizing, and transcreation across markets without compromising brand quality or compliance.
- Break down complex, multi-format briefs into clear, efficient steps, adapting quickly when priorities shift.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating technical precision and creative awareness across print and digital, brand campaigns, communications, and always-on content.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a solid understanding of print production, pre-press, and digital platform specifications.
- Experience producing and adapting assets for multi-market or international campaigns across formats, sizes, and language variants.
- Working understanding of brand identity systems, with the confidence to apply and protect visual standards independently.
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive production environments and the ability to apply disclaimers, substantiation requirements, and sign-off processes as standard.
- Working knowledge of digital design practices: social media templates, web asset preparation, and basic motion graphics.
- Experience working within structured asset management systems and reusable template libraries.
- Strong communication skills and an organised approach to managing multiple simultaneous projects within a collaborative creative team.
- Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to creative production, with experience building effective prompts and evaluating outputs critically.
- Agentic mindset: able to break production tasks into manageable steps, adapt when priorities shift, and bring genuine curiosity about how AI can improve craft quality.
