About the Role

We are seeking highly talented and driven software engineers to join our Engineering team in London. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver working code that solves real problems for customers, taking ownership of team-solved problems and ensuring high quality releases. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about problem-solving with code and working with exceptional colleagues in a high-achievement environment.

Responsibilities

Design technical solutions to business problems and contribute to an architectural vision.
Ship working code using React on the frontend and Kotlin microservices with Postgres on the backend.
Deploy and iterate frequently, gathering customer feedback to inform future development.
Build competency by developing market-leading technology with experienced colleagues.
Monitor services, diagnose root causes of errors, and deploy fixes.

Requirements

Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team.
Technical expertise with at least one programming language (Kotlin or Ruby).
Experience with relational databases is ideal.
Proven track record of making a demonstrable impact in previous roles.
Highly driven and proactive, with the ability to independently overcome hurdles.
Meticulous with high standards and obsessive attention to detail.
Must be a current UK resident.
