About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of a large-scale contract over a 6-month period. This is a pivotal role, responsible for owning and driving the mobilisation project plan to get us ready for a potential 1st January 2027 go-live date. You will coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholders remain fully aligned throughout the mobilisation phase. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a qualified project manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys working across diverse teams, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved when needed.

Requirements
- Significant experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, multi-workstream projects or programmes.
- Proven track record of mobilising large-scale contracts or operational programmes in a commercial environment.
- Strong experience of RAID management, project planning and dependency mapping.
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech, Finance, People).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership reporting.
- Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- £55,000k plus bonus
