Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to identify wireless needs and create sales opportunities.
• Confidently sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions.
• Consistently exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
• Sharpen sales skills daily through coaching, accountability, and repetition.
• Represent the brand with energy and professionalism, maintaining an excellent store environment.

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
• 18 years or older.

Salary/Compensations

• Earning potential range of $24.84 - $31.78/hour
• $700 Ramp-Up Bonus + Guaranteed minimum 10% Commission to Help You Start Strong, with an Uncapped Commission Structure.
