Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with processing or completing sales.
- Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate before submitting to accounting.
- Provide world-class customer interaction to ensure satisfaction.
- Structure sale price and trade-in presentations.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards.
- Manage follow-up and communication with clients via telephone, mail, and electronic media.
- Respond to customer inquiries received via email and phone.
- Uphold company policies and standards.
- Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Promote and maintain employee satisfaction.
- Adhere to Safeguards rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Automotive Finance or Sales experience is required.
- CDK experience is preferred.
- Exceptional follow-up skills.
