About the Role
This role shapes tenant experiences in a portfolio of high-profile office buildings in Toronto's downtown core through communications, digital storytelling, events, and service improvements. You will create welcoming and relevant environments as workplaces evolve, leveraging creativity, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging tenant programs, tools, and service standards for a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Partner with property teams to plan and deliver events and initiatives that foster community and improve tenant satisfaction.
- Utilize feedback, data, and tenant insights to identify areas for program, service, and communication improvement.
- Track engagement and service performance to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, announcements, presentations, websites, and internal channels.
- Develop editorial plans and digital campaigns to showcase tenant stories, building experiences, and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure clear, consistent, and on-brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor digital engagement and online conversations to understand audience needs and respond to issues.
- Build relationships with local organizations and community partners to connect properties with community initiatives.
- Promote building amenities, services, and experiences to help tenants discover value and feel more connected.
- Recommend practical improvements to strengthen communications, measurement, and the overall tenant experience based on insights.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, customer experience, hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, customer engagement, marketing, events, hospitality, community engagement, property management, or another service-focused environment.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.
- Comfort using social media and digital tools to create, schedule, and measure engaging content.
- Experience using digital platforms, content management systems, CRM tools, or analytics tools.
- Understanding of digital content best practices, including accessibility, search optimization, and audience engagement.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Collaborative relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills.
