About the Role
The Global Recruitment Associate Director plays a pivotal role within the Group Central Support team at Nord Anglia Education Limited. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across diverse markets. You will help hit recruitment targets for Summer Schools, Schools, and Colleges, working across central and regional teams to improve student recruitment and the student experience. You will oversee a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s growth objectives and cultural values. This role seeks strategic oversight combined with hands-on management, fostering lasting partnerships with stakeholders and driving innovation in talent acquisition processes to enhance employer branding and candidate experience worldwide.

- Experience leading diverse, multifunctional recruitment teams across various regions, with a focus on mentorship, performance management, and professional development.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Competence in utilising recruitment analytics and metrics to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment operations.
- Ability to navigate and lead transformation initiatives within recruitment processes, embracing innovation and agility in response to evolving market dynamics.
- Commitment to embedding inclusive hiring practices that promote a diverse workforce reflective of a global community.
