About the Role

Our Warehouse Associates are the core of our daily site operations. You will collaborate with the management team to ensure customers receive their orders promptly, contributing to the smooth functioning of our Hop sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer essentials quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain product integrity by ensuring all goods received and dispatched meet high standards for freshness and quality.
• Facilitate seamless logistics through clear communication with riders for prompt order handovers.
• Drive inventory excellence by supporting the intake of daily stock deliveries and assisting with ongoing inventory management.
• Champion site safety and standards by maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with the ability to remain focused under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and high-quality stock control.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teammates, managers, and riders.
• A proactive, hands-on mentality with a drive to solve problems as they arise on-site.
• A customer-first mindset, understanding that speed and accuracy directly impact the user experience.
• Previous experience in FMCG, Retail, or Warehouse environments is valued but not required.
