About the Role
The Entrepreneur in Residence will own and launch a new revenue vertical from scratch. This role involves full P&L ownership, strategy development, partnership management, and product definition to complement the company's end-to-end real estate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the assigned vertical, including revenue, margin, and payback metrics.
- Define product requirements, write specifications, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship features.
- Design and execute the rollout strategy across all portfolio companies to ensure consistent implementation.
- Handle property management operations, including customer tickets and cost audits, during the initial onboarding phase.
- Obtain WEG Verwalter certification through IHK.
Requirements
- Proven experience starting a company, building and selling a product, or scaling a freelance business.
- Strong commercial mindset with expertise in unit economics, margins, and deal structures.
- Ability to conduct rapid research to gain industry expertise quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, sign partners, or secure funding.
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Ability to work onsite in the Prenzlauer Berg office.
