About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead all operations from installation to completion.
- Manage budgets and procurement for optimal commercial performance.
- Secure additional external projects to grow the division.
- Oversee teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, particularly in electrical systems.
- Work directly with clients, representing the business professionally.
Requirements
- Electrically biased with excellent technical knowledge.
- Confident in mechanical and plumbing understanding.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and profitability.
- Professional, client-facing, and able to build strong relationships.
- Hard-working, self-sufficient, and comfortable taking ownership.

- Experienced in managing people or leading teams.
