About the Role

The Global Enterprise Position Monitoring & Disclosures (EPMD) team is responsible for monitoring and disclosing positions and transactions under various regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and accuracy in regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver complete, accurate, and timely regulatory reports and disclosures.
  • Monitor equity positions and perform equity aggregation analysis to identify disclosure obligations.
  • Execute controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and data quality requirements.
  • Investigate and remediate reporting errors, breaches, and data issues.
  • Respond to regulatory, compliance, and audit enquiries.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Support regulatory reporting enhancements, business requirements, and UAT activities.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and reporting documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Position Monitoring & Disclosures (EPMD).
  • Experience with equity aggregation and equity disclosure regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
