About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead to deliver comprehensive end-to-end Quality Assurance for the proof of concept and implementation of a document and workspace management solution. This role encompasses functional, integration, security, and migration testing, requiring proven iManage experience in complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Review user stories and acceptance criteria for complete test coverage.
• Develop and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, test data, and evidence.
• Conduct functional, integration, security, migration, and end-to-end testing.
• Verify workspace provisioning, metadata, permissions, archiving, and destruction.
• Log and track defects with detailed reproduction steps, severity, and evidence.
• Report on progress, risks, quality status, and release readiness.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on testing experience at a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead level.
• Proven iManage experience within a complex implementation.
• Experience testing document management, workspace lifecycle, and access controls.
• Proficiency in functional, integration, security, and migration testing.
• Full test lifecycle management, including planning, defect handling, reporting, and closure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and independent work capabilities.
• Experience with Litera CAM implementation, migration, or SaaS transition is desirable.
• Exposure to Intapp, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, MDM, or Litera Milan is desirable.
