About the Role

In this client-facing role, you will lead clients through change and transformation, shaping practical solutions and supporting transitions that impact their people, workplaces, and organizational operations. You will lead projects, build relationships, and apply structured thinking to complex problems within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients through change and transformation programmes.
• Build proposals that clearly articulate value and client needs.
• Lead and manage projects end-to-end, including plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a consistent point of contact.
• Collaborate with colleagues across JLL to bring broader expertise to client challenges.
• Contribute to team growth by supporting proposals, developing approaches, and sharing perspectives.

Requirements

• Experience leading or managing change, helping organizations navigate transitions.
• Confidence managing projects, keeping them on track, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including building trust, active listening, and adapting communication.
• Curiosity about broader business challenges and how real estate supports strategy.
• A desire to keep growing, taking on new challenges, and broadening expertise.
• Experience with AI tools, their application, and coaching others on their benefits.
• The ability to lead a team and nurture talent.
