About the Role
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development Managers to implement and manage go-to-market strategies, plans, and programs. Focus on customer delight, corporate sales team growth, quota planning support, and trend identification for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely sales analytics, including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results, in collaboration with Sales Management.
- Drive productivity through lead enrichment, pipeline management, and innovative analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Contribute to dashboard creation and identify key sales metrics for display.
- Capture and share best practices through knowledge sharing tools and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders from various business ecosystem parts.
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with MS Excel.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Comfort with visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
