About the Role

Join our Aristocrat Interactive team as a Project/Program Manager and help build the future of data-driven decision-making. This role involves supporting partner needs, leading project intake, offering tech mentorship, and implementing process upgrades. You will lead projects within the Interactive portfolio, collaborating with business and technical leaders for seamless execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives.
• Develop project charters and handle program plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Set performance indicators and success benchmarks for data services and product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to lead data product lifecycle phases.
• Translate business requirements into technical scopes and user stories for data engineering teams.
• Ensure customer needs are incorporated into the build.
• Apply Agile principles to prioritize backlogs, conduct sprint ceremonies, and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with product managers, analysts, and data consumers to develop reusable data assets and self-service capabilities.
• Maintain forward-looking roadmaps for platform capabilities and domain-specific data products.
• Build product feature roadmaps balancing business priorities, delivery timelines, and team capacity.
• Champion customer-centric and quality-focused delivery, measuring business impact and usability of data products.
• Collaborate with product leaders, data stewards, and governance teams to ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical data use standards.
• Develop leadership dashboards, presentations, and steering committee updates for portfolio visibility.

Requirements

• Proven record to define, scope, and manage sophisticated programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Expertise in coordinating a portfolio of initiatives, with the ability to consolidate, analyse, and report on program health, status, and impact.
• Consistent record of applying Agile principles to promote iterative progress and adaptability.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project).
• Ability to evaluate incoming requests, prioritise based on organisational needs, and make data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and collaborators, encouraging a collaborative and aligned environment.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering solutions.
• Experience coordinating large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and software deployment practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
• Experience working within globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location without the need for future visa sponsorship.
