About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Management Support property, which features 386 apartment units. We are looking for candidates with strong maintenance skills who are eager for productivity and career advancement within our company. We offer training for individuals with prior trades experience or maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
Responsibilities
- Rotating schedule for on-call emergency after-hours response.
- Attend to preventive and routine maintenance promptly and expertly.
- Complete service requests and emergency responses promptly.
Requirements
- More than one (1) year experience in building trade/apartment maintenance.
- HVAC certification or ability to obtain promptly (paid by employer).
- Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator.
- Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
- Ability to understand and follow written policies.
- Ability to work under the direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
