About the Role
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. This role offers opportunities to build skills on various equipment, develop a career track in service or operations management, and work within a safety-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Makes repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible.
- Works on a variety of makes, models & equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Some trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred.
- May need to provide tools of trade.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
