About the Role

The Platform Adoption Consultant is a customer-facing role focused on driving adoption of the Tricentis platform. You will leverage deep platform expertise and strong consulting skills to help enterprise customers across EMEA achieve measurable outcomes from their investments, particularly as AI transforms enterprise testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and enablement programs.
• Run customer workshops focused on automation maturity roadmaps and business cases.
• Build reusable assets such as test framework templates, best-practice accelerators, demo environments, and implementation playbooks.
• Coach customer QE leads and test practitioners, adapting to their current skill levels.
• Conduct adoption health checks on live Tosca and qTest implementations, developing actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals with evidence of value.
• Contribute to Tricentis's thought leadership on AI in testing by evaluating new capabilities and shaping feature delivery.

Requirements

• A practitioner with hands-on experience delivering real Tosca/Test-Management implementations in enterprise environments.
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for enterprise stakeholders.
• Energized by direct customer interaction, including coaching, workshops, problem-solving, and achieving breakthroughs.
• Able to hold technical conversations with QE architects and explain business impact to executives.
• Genuinely curious about AI and its implications for testing.
• Excellent communicator, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player, open to feedback, coachable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca experience (test case design, module creation, framework architecture, enterprise project delivery).
• Working knowledge of test management in products like qTest/Quality Centre.
• Experience in quality engineering or test consulting within enterprise technology environments.
• Track record of direct customer engagement (workshops, training, enablement, stakeholder management).
• Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and adaptable.
• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and API testing.
• Genuine, active interest in AI for testing (experimentation, reading, building, or discussing).
• SAP testing experience (S/4HANA, ECC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tricentis solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test generation is a plus.
• Experience with performance testing (NeoLoad or equivalent) is a plus.
