About the Role

TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, empowers organizations with full AI visibility and consolidated security. We are seeking a Business Operations Manager UK & Ireland to join our Europe Business Operations team, acting as a trusted business partner to sales and management teams. This role will design and own scalable processes to accelerate ARR growth, maximize NRR, and reduce churn, using data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making and proactively address revenue risk. The position will also act as an interface between different teams in the region, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ARR, NRR and pipeline health dashboards for sellers and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, QBR’s and management meetings.
  • Agree quotas/targets with appropriate revenue and ARR coverage for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
  • Review seller opportunities for correct treatment in line with Sales Compensation Plans and manage commission payments.
  • Liaise with Deal Desk & Sales Support teams on complex opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and forecasting of revenue and ARR, providing accurate and timely inputs.
  • Work with Sellers and Customer Success teams to maintain CRM data hygiene.
  • Ensure new internal processes and policy changes are clearly communicated, understood, and adopted by GTM teams.
  • Partner with Sellers, Customer Success and Renewals teams to identify at-risk accounts and support churn prevention and expansion revenue strategies.
  • Support and enable sales teams in the execution of global and regional GTM programmes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise business.
  • Solid understanding of recurring sales motions, renewal cycles, and customer lifecycle management in an enterprise security context is a strong differentiator.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM is required.
  • Proven ability to design and build reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau or equivalent BI tooling.
  • Familiarity with D365, Salesforce reporting, and revenue forecasting platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in AI productivity and analytics tools is increasingly essential, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGP.
  • Candidates who can demonstrate practical, day-to-day use of AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of operational insight will have a clear advantage.
  • Passionate about data integrity and the value of accurate & insightful metrics.
  • A growth mindset with a genuine appetite for innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, and produce compelling, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work across different teams and functions, with a clear focus on priorities and deliverables.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
