About the Role

The Senior Administrative Business Partner provides advanced administrative support, including complex scheduling, stakeholder coordination, leadership communications, executive travel, and confidential information management, supporting principals and firm leaders within a defined geography.

Responsibilities

  • Dual role supporting both office operations and administrative leadership support.
  • Manage complex calendars, triage incoming requests, and align scheduling with leader priorities.
  • Coordinate complex itineraries, handle changes, and manage expense submissions.
  • Draft correspondence, talking points, and presentation materials; manage sensitive and confidential information; support leader messaging.
  • Assist with the production of client deliverables, including client reports.
  • Assist with client engagement set up and support activities.
  • Manage onsite and virtual leadership meetings, boardroom logistics, AV, catering, visitors, and event needs.
  • Schedule onsite and virtual meetings and coordinate materials across stakeholders.
  • Track tasks, gather status updates, maintain project documentation, and coordinate workflows.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Advanced organizational and priority management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, virtual meeting tools).
  • Executive presence and interpersonal maturity.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, including domestic/international travel and multi-stakeholder scheduling.
  • Project coordination capability.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and evolving organization.
  • Strong judgment and situational awareness.
  • Able to work overtime as requested during peak seasons.
