About the Role
Responsible for developing data-driven solutions, including ETL processes and integrations. This role supports the execution and enhancement of existing and new data-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/data integration pipelines supporting reporting, financial metrics, and enterprise data flows.
- Develop data mappings, transformation logic, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance across all integration workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders for deployment, enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement of data solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration issues ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across systems.
- Provide support and share knowledge with fellow developers on ETL-related tasks and associated activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in data development, ETL or data engineering roles.
- SQL knowledge and experience with code development (Python, DAX, Javascript).
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, and query development.
- Hands-on exposure to designing, building, and supporting ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines.
- Ability to translate business/user requirements into technical ETL design and development specifications.
- Working understanding data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data quality control processes.
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation such as data mappings, process flows, and transformation logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with business users, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with exposure to identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting process optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to both project and operational support activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have knowledge on demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
- Exposure to ERP and integrated enterprise application environments.
- Exposure to enterprise tools such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, or similar planning and analytics platforms.
