About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right furniture for their home through consultative selling, genuine customer engagement, and thoughtful needs assessment. You will create a personalized buying experience that builds customer satisfaction and drives sales conversion. You will grow your business by building relationships, engaging with new and existing customers, and contributing to client prospecting, lead generation, and ongoing relationship management. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements
- A passion for customer service and creating a great customer experience.
- Strong listening skills and a consultative approach.
- Experience connecting with customers.
- Confidence in guiding decisions, including closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections.
- Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business.
- Comfort working toward goals, including sales quotas, KPIs, or other performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Comfort with technology and learning new tools.
- Must have U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
