About the Role
This is a highly executional role where you will own campaigns, content, and product marketing support end-to-end. You will move fast, produce high-quality output, and iterate constantly, utilizing AI tooling as your primary operating layer. You will sit at the center of the marketing function, partnering with Revenue to maintain pipeline momentum.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email, and organic campaigns from brief to live to optimization.
- Utilize AI to accelerate copy variants, targeting logic, and performance iteration.
- Analyze campaign results quickly and make decisions on scaling or cutting efforts.
- Use AI to generate stakeholder reports and performance insights for active campaigns.
- Produce content across various formats including long-form, social, email sequences, landing pages, and sales enablement assets at volume and to a high standard.
- Leverage AI for drafting, designing, and iterating content, applying editorial judgment to ensure quality.
- Build prompt libraries and asset workflows for team-wide use.
- Create positioning documents, battlecards, and enablement assets using AI research pipelines.
- Translate product and competitive intelligence into effective buyer messaging.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content.
- Daily, embedded use of AI tools in a professional context.
- Demonstrated grit and a bias for speed, with a track record of shipping without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Highly executional ability, capable of moving from strategy to delivery autonomously.
- Strong editorial judgment and analytical instincts.
- Fluency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or similar).
- Ability to work autonomously and initiate tasks without explicit direction.
