About the Role
Join the Product team as Senior Product Designer to steer the future of our core platform. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive and execute the roadmap and vision, focusing on user-centric design decisions to produce valuable, easy-to-use, and well-crafted products.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
- Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers.
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software.
- 4+ years experience using Figma as a design tool.
- Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end.
- Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
- An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details.
- Proficiency in prototyping your ideas to help articulate nuanced design decisions.
- You're an explorer and don't mind getting out of your comfort zone.
- You are comfortable with feedback and are committed to continually exploring alternative solutions.
- You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission.
- You have full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
- You're based in Paris or you're willing to relocate.
